Burlington Opticians is proud to announce that we are now offering Online Contact Lens Ordering. The process is very simple, follow the link to our Online Ordering Site, create an account or log on to an existing account, fill out the order form, and give Burlington Opticians a copy of your prescription in one of the 4 forms listed:
- Fax us a copy of your prescription at (319)752-8751
- E-mail us a scanned copy of your prescription to dara@burlingtonopticians.com
- Bring us a copy of your prescription to our office located at 580 S Roosevelt Ave, Burlington, Iowa 52601
- Provide your doctor's information and we will get your prescription for you. (We need your doctor's: Practice Name, Doctor's Name, and Phone Number)
Also on the website you will be able to see all of the latest mail in rebates for your contacts so that we can get you the best price we are able to offer. Many online ordering websites are unable to offer rebates, but that's not the case at Burlington Opticians!
